The full balance is due on the event day.
The client is responsible for securing access to areas for videography/photography. Video for Wedding will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.
Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Video for Wedding.
Video for Wedding will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g., bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics, lighting, traffic, interference from guests, etc.
Video for Wedding reserves the right to discontinue filming in any situation (ex: rain, extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous locations) that could put the safety of the videographer /photographer or equipment at risk.
The completed video/photographs will be considered a finished product, and any additional requested revisions will be added to the client’s balance at the prorated rate of £35 per hour.
All or part of this video/Photography may be used by Video for Wedding for promotional purposes.
Additional Hour of Coverage:
If selected as an add-on, Video for Wedding will include the additional coverage time when establishing arrival and departure times with the client for the wedding date.
Additional hours must be consecutive with the block of hours already included with the package.
Video for Wedding reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g., accident or ill health. In this event, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
Any liability on the part of the Video for Wedding will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
Upon receiving of the finished product, the client must inform Video for Wedding of any technical or other problems with the video/photography within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
Copyright will be owned by Video for Wedding.
